Cramer Award Nomination Procedure
Longmont High School Coaches are asked to nominate outstanding senior
scholar/athletes using the Nomination Form, providing
any information that they know about the candidate. Complete nomination forms should be sent to Kathleen Vanbuskirk at Vanbuskirk_Kathleen@svvsd.org.
After the nominations are received from the coaches, a
“silent” confidential email will be sent to LHS teachers (other than the
coaches already having completed the nomination form) listing the nominees and
providing the teachers with a blank Nomination Form so they can complete any
information they might have concerning any of the nominees.
After the information is received from the coaches and
teachers, the Administration Office will supply information regarding the
nominees’ grade point average, honors classes and AP classes.
The committee will then meet to review the information
concerning the nominees. Final decision by the committee must be completed no
later than April 17, 2012 to allow time for engraving of the Cramer Trophy.
