Student of the Term Nomination Form

Twice a year, four students from each grade are recognized as Student of the Term. These students have made significant accomplishments in academics or personal achievement and have contributed positively to the learning community at LHS. Nominations are made by the faculty and staff.

Alternatively, you may submit nominations in a word document to Kathleen Vanbuskirk at Vanbuskirk_Kathleen@svvsd.org.
